CLEANESTS Services is a cleaning and laundry service referral agency and we are looking to onboard cleaners, janitors and launderers providers throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas! So that is Carmel, Fishers Plainfield, Zionsville, Lawrence, Brownsburg, Westfield, Avon, Downtown, Noblesville, Geist and Greenwood Area. Pay is $30/hr to start, with increases for good customer reviews. We have over 200+ vacant leads in the area and would like our providers to start as soon as the onboarding process is completed.

Our Starter Pro + program is a powerful platform that streamlines the administrative processes, client communication, customer service, bookings management, invoicing, payments, scheduling and reporting for cleaning and laundry service providers. We’re excited to offer this exclusive program to our independent contractors at no cost. Pay is $30/hour to start, with increases for good customer reviews. You'd be working as an independent contractor, and we would send you jobs based on your service area and availability. You can work where and when you want to!

Cleanests Pro+ receives thousands of applications each year, only accepting 4% annually. Why? Successful candidates will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and other areas of the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and be able to work quickly and efficiently while paying attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and floors.
• Dust furniture and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Mop floors.
• Sweep sidewalks and other outdoor areas.

All you need to have is:

• At least 1 year experience in residential cleaning (deep clean, move-in/out, post-construction, Airbnb, or hotel/ office), commercial cleaning and/or laundry care.
• Reliable transportation
• Your own cleaning supplies
• Authorization to work in the US
