Description/Job Summary
The Clinician will design and direct the implementation of individualized treatment and support plans, goals, and methods of intervention made in conjunction with the family and other team members, train program staff on clinical interventions and skills and serve as a leader and model within the program.
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Acts as part of a multidisciplinary team designed to provide services from a holistic, trauma-informed, clinical and values-based perspective.
  • Leads the team of multi-discipline professionals in the development and recertification of treatment plans, ISPs, goal setting, and overall treatment objectives for each client on case load.
  • Responsible for organizing the input from therapists, case managers, funder assigned advocate, program specialists, behavior specialists, direct support staff, program management, medical assessments, psychological assessments and any other input into a treatment plan with measurable goals, objectives and outcomes.
  • Provides support to program management in assessing crisis intervention when needed from a trauma informed perspective.
  • Conducts screening and assessments using validated screening tools to assess for depression, trauma, substance use, and risk/needs associated with criminal risk.
  • Completes all assessments and documentation as required by RHD and others to support current and ongoing services.
  • Participates in quality improvement and training activities for the purpose of compliance and program excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
  • 2 years' experience is required.

Required Education:
  • Master's Degree

Required Qualifications:
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LISW) preferred
