Collection Specialist

Hi-Line, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our Customer Accounting Department. The Collections Specialist is responsible for using verbal and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable responses to resolve delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication between customers and account managers
• Working 150-200 accounts per day
• Maintaining accurate collection notes on past due accounts
• Strong computer and customer service skills
