Job description
This position will require a self motivated hard working person that is very knowledgeable about the methods involving the construction of semi-custom homes in multiple communities. The current need is in a community in Madison, Alabama with 15 active new homes under construction.
The company provides all of the subcontractors and purchase orders to get the homes built. This position's sole responsibility is to schedule material drops and sub- contractors work start dates from foundation all the way to completed job.
The typical home is between 2800 square feet and 4200 square feet with sales prices ranging from $600,000 to $850,000.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
