We protect our local water supplies (lakes, creeks, etc...) by installing silt fences around new construction sites with machines and shovels. It gets hot, and it gets dirty, and we LOVE IT! We are not just "laborers." Our crew members become erosion control EXPERTS.

The crew member is responsible for:

• Ensuring that the proper amount of material is loaded and used
• Determining which equipment is appropriate
• Resolving emergency maintenance issues
• Working in all weather conditions
• Being prompt every morning

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
