We are a busy General Contractor in a small office.

The Position:

-Administrative and clerical tasks

-Preparing and editing construction contracts, letters, reports, memos, and emails

-Ordering insurance, preliminary notices, and other job site related tasks

-Accounts receivables, ability to update excel spreadsheets, answer billing questions

-Assist Project Managers in job start up and closeout

-Assist in arranging meetings, company events and executive travel

-Answering phone calls

-Filing

-Assist in licensing and safety OSHA requirements

-Providing Support to Team

The Qualifications:

-Positive attitude, energetic with professional customer service skills

-Great communicator

-Self motivated, ability to work remotely

-Strong computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore etc.)

-Goal oriented starter, well organized and able to establish priorities

-Team player with ability to get along with and respect others

-Construction knowledge a preferred

- Eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
