Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: 3 - 6 months contract (possible to convert depending on performance and needs)
Shift: 1st Shift Schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $
25.74/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support with an upcoming project. The project will be focused on executing contracts for a new program that we will be launching and will require a detail orientated administrator to help drive this project. The selected candidate will report to the Global Channel Marketing Leader and will be an integral part of this project. Key Responsibilities:
- Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals
- Assist and manage with contracts execution and signature follow up
- Assist with contract terminations where necessary.
- Coordinating with internal staff on contract follow ups and signatures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks - including but not limited to data entry or asset indexing.
- Project Management
- Create process and documentation for this project.
You must have:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Associate degree with 5+ years of experience is okay.
- 0-2 years of experience

Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony + sex offender)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
