WHO IS GALLANT?

Gallant is a professional services organization focused on commercial construction project management and national facility maintenance. That is what we do, but that is not who we are or why we exist. We exist to help people achieve their vision. Others’ success is our success. This starts with our own people.

We care about the development of people because it is the right thing to do and because you cannot grow the business if the individual is not growing. We operate with a personal and professional growth mindset. We like doing the work. We care about relationships.

When you think of the things that will truly matter the most when you are old and gray, those are the things that we focus on here at Gallant. Serving others. Doing the right thing. Finding a way. It is an attitude. What matters most is HOW you live.

That is who we are and that is the type of person we want to work with. If that resonates with you, please continue to read below about the specifics of the role.
