Straight Line Construction is a family owned and operated company specializing in foundation repair solutions for both Residential and Commercial customers. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Controller full-time position in our Pueblo West Office.
- Oversee Accounting department, annual budget preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and audit functions.
- Work with other department managers to assess and make financial decisions.
- Responsible for preparing financial statements and records. Including, but not limited to, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Tax returns, and Government Agency reporting.
- Day to day operations for all financial operations.
- Analyze actual sales and projections, as well as budgeted expenses to actual.
- Analyze operations to identify areas in need of improvement to financial goals.
- Work with President/CFO and other management to coordinate planning, help establish corrective actions to meet company goals.
- Oversee and manage HR and Payroll department.
- In charge of all Onboarding and Payroll processing.
- Also handle any issues that present in the Human Resources Department
Minimum Requirements:
- College degree in Finance or similar
- 5+ years’ experience as a Controller
- Must be proficient in all MS365 applications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Pass a background check and drug test
- NAV (Dynamics NAV 2018) experience a huge plus
