Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) is looking for a qualified Cook to join our Team!

Location- Primarily Hemet, Moreno Valley as needed

Your Role as a Cook

· Work with CLHF dietitian as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.

· Follow established infection control precautions, policies and procedures when performing daily tasks.

· Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.

· Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

· Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures and patients’ choices or medical dietary needs.

· Assist with shopping, inventory and storing in coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary.

Job Duties include- Food services, patients, and facilities supplies.

Working conditions- Be able to tolerate exposure to elements including, but not limited to, odors, blood, body fluids, and excrements, adverse environmental conditions, and hazardous materials.

Preferred Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent

Food handlers Card

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Covid Safety

We have created an environment that respects and provides a proper implementation of Social Distancing we provide PPE for all staff if necessary. COVID vaccination preferred.
