Counter Sales Clerk | Starting at $45K

Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm, Rotating Saturdays during busy season 8am – 11:30am

We are hiring a Counter Sales Clerk with excellent customer service skills for a local family owned manufacturing company in Sioux City. This is a well-respected company that is flexible and understands employees have life and family obligations outside of work and that your work needs to fit with those obligations. This person will assist customers on the phone and in person educate them on products for their business and or home needs. Responsibilities:

• Educating customers on products in the show room and in the outside landscape area
• Establishing long lasting relationships
• Ordering, data entry, answering phones and taking orders
• Inventory counts in the warehouse
• Delivering an exceptional experience with each interaction whether on the phone or in person

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the day
• Construction and/or sales background is preferred
• HS Diploma/GED
• Computer skills
• Excellent customer service
