Position Class: Field- Hourly Hours Required: 40+ Per Week Pay: $16-$19 /Hour based on experience and qualifications. Reports To: Huntsville Alabama

This is a General Labor position in our Huntsville Alabama market with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The crew member is responsible completing the physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites. Responsible for taking direction from the Crew Leader to complete work as assigned in the most efficient manner. You may utilize vehicles, hand tools, and some equipment to complete your work each day. Hours are approximately 730am-430pm on Monday through Friday with overtime available at certain points of the year. We are also looking for more experienced individuals that could serve in a Crew Leader role, with preference for clean driving records. About Greenrise Technologies:

· Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning· Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials each morning · Represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners at all times· Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality· Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed· Install all erosion control products to the specifications of your crew leader’s direction· Communicate effectively with operations managers and fellow crew members · Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s silt fence installation output· Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly · Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command
