We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Custodian to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.
Essential Duties:
- Clean glass windows
- Remove cobwebs from office windows
- Vacuum foyer, halls and offices
- Sweep stairwells and floors that don’t have carpet
- Mop floors
- General dusting
- Clean water fountains
- Clean break room
- Clean copier room
- Unclog sinks/toilets, vacuum up water, etc.
- Empty office trash
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in related field.
- Must have valid drivers’ license and be 21 years of age or older to operate certain vehicles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift, twist, walk and reach frequently.
- Must be able to stand on concrete up to 8 hours a day.
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work in a climate in varied conditions consistent with local weather
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
Education/ Certification:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Required Clearance: Clearable (Ability to Obtain)
