We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Custodian to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.

Essential Duties:

• Clean glass windows
• Remove cobwebs from office windows
• Vacuum foyer, halls and offices
• Sweep stairwells and floors that don’t have carpet
• Mop floors
• General dusting
• Clean water fountains
• Clean break room
• Clean copier room
• Unclog sinks/toilets, vacuum up water, etc.
• Empty office trash
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in related field.
• Must have valid drivers’ license and be 21 years of age or older to operate certain vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift, twist, walk and reach frequently.
• Must be able to stand on concrete up to 8 hours a day.
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work in a climate in varied conditions consistent with local weather
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)

Education/ Certification:

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

Required Clearance: Clearable (Ability to Obtain)
