Job description

We are seeking a qualified customer service agent with call center or B2B experience to join our dynamic customer service team.

Tasks include, but are not limited to

Order Processing
Providing request for quotes
Resolving customer issues
Issue and process Stock Return Material Authorizations
Handle phone, e-mails, faxes, and walk-in customers
Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally

Qualifications

3+ years of solid customer service experience (call center or B2B is a must)
Strong communication skills
Able to work with all levels of management
Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have problem solving skills

Pay: $16.25 - $18.25 per hour
