Customer Service Representatives who are bilingual in Spanish loves building solid customer relationships will be interested in Robert Half 's new position. - Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Field and send written business correspondence
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
- Expertise in customer service
- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
