The Role

The Customer Enablement Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers are able to successfully implement, adopt, and use Studio Designer’s platform and its features. The Customer Enablement Specialist communicates company information, product updates, and other pertinent information to customers via email campaigns, in-app messaging and other means to optimize the Customer Experience.

The ideal candidate will deeply understand customer enablement and communication best practices and be passionate about providing excellent customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Enablement

• Works closely with product and support teams to optimize new feature utilization.
• Drive customer adoption of new features and personalized recommendations with in-app learning.
• Writes, designs, and sends all communication to customers including product updates, incidents, and general company information.
• Defines and implements metrics to measure the effectiveness of all communication and impact on customer adoption.
• Continuously improves customer enablement programs based on customer feedback, interactions, industry trends, and internal best practices.
• Analyzes and optimizes in-app learning campaigns to improve engagement and user retention.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with priorities that will drive impact.
• Fosters a continuous learning environment of Studio Designer software.
• Assists in building a robust resource center.

Innovation

• Stays up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in chatbot technology and customer support.
• Monitor chatbot and in-app messaging systems to ensure that it is operating effectively and efficiently.
• Executes helpful application walkthroughs and surfacing tool tips by leveraging in-app messaging systems.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 3+ years of customer experience, customer service, training
  • OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of customer experience, customer service, training
  • OR equivalent experience.

What You’ll Ideally Have

• High School Diploma AND 4+ years of customer experience, customer service, or training experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree AND 3+ years of customer experience, customer service, or training experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
