- Must have an Active TS/SCI w/Poly US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance
- 1 - 3 years (minimum) directly related experience preferred
- Perform Audits and inspections of the Services and Vendor Personnel as described in this Work Order and otherwise as needed to ensure Amazon’s requirements are being met.
- Serve as the lead for the shift ensuring all those on shift are trained on the post orders and carrying them out properly.
- Ensure team members have proper PPE and uniform when reporting to shift. This includes ensuring the team is following COVID protocols and wearing masks.
- Ensure the shift is fully staffed and escalate immediately if not.
- Ensure all protocols are followed (phone usage, escalations, emergency response)
- Train team members on post order updates/ procedure updates.
- Supervise, lead, coordinate and organize Security Officers and security teams as needed and appropriate.
- Act as a liaison to Amazon staff and departments as needed and appropriate.
