Deli Sales and Service Specialist For Saggio South, Inc.

An Authorized Local Purveyor of the Boar’s Head Brand

The responsibility of this position cover the following areas:

-Greeting customers and helping to expedite their orders at the deli counter

-Creating selling events to showcase products, giving customers a new way to use them through application recipes

-Rotating and merchandising product

-Cleaning and maintaining deli department, including point of sale and signage

-Preparing sample platters

-Training / coaching / mentoring deli associates

-Managing the deli to prepare for peak times

-Utilizing crowd control techniques to entertain customers while they wait to be served

-Reinforce selling techniques with deli associates to build their confidence in serving customers

-Shrink management / waste reduction

-Product training

Goals:

-Elevating the Boar’s Head Brand in each account.

-Grow relevant programs, such as grab-n-go sandwiches and salads.

-Opportunity to grow retail item category

-Enhanced training for each associate to better the customer’s experience

Opportunity to grow based on performance

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to travel to accounts.

(Sunrise, Plantation, Coral Springs)

Friendly, outgoing personality

Takes initiative / self-starter

Good time management skills

Ideally has some retail experience

Must be comfortable using deli slicer and scales

Ability to work during peak times, evenings, weekends and special events

Enthusiastic about the Boar’s Head Brand and our products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
