We are a fee for service dental practice in Libertyville IL that values creating lasting relationships with our patients. So expect your hourly compensation as a general dentist to be much higher than the PPO fee schedules you are used to working under. A compensation package will be paid on adjusted production with a average monthly guarantee based on planned hours to make sure you are earning commensorate to your degree.

The Libertyville Dental family is seeking a skilled dentist that looks to exceed the standard of care with each patient interaction. Must be open to learning and building on their education. We are committed to using the highest quality materials and labs of your choosing. Digital radiography, CBCT, itero technology, diode laser dentistry, multiple surgical motors and implant systems, and rotary and warm vertical endo instrumentation, etc are all state of the art. This is not la corporate insurance driven feel, you will have the help of experienced doctors, assistants and a team to allow you to be productive while providing the highest level of care.

This position is for someone that is still learning and growing into their skills and open to fine tuning treatment planning, diagnosis, and treatment. We are constantly learning more about patient care and new technologies. However Coming from corporate dental training and having a few years of experience may be a great start. We are seeking a long term fit for our patients and will be starting off with a part time schedule and room to grow we share Saturday appointments and allocate 2 Saturdays a month per doctor.

Full time Employees will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance and 401k match. As a dentist you will be asked to diagnose and treatment plan comprehensively through new patient exams, as you meet patients through hygiene recares and from internal doctor referrals. Advanced training and areas of interest are a plus. We work as a multi doctor practice which allows for collaboration, help with difficult cases and mentorship when needed.
