Compensation: $45,00-50,000 base salary, sign-on bonus, equity, and benefits.

We’re looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. You’ll be working to help bring care to real families. Your role is to tackle day-to-day operations and outreach with partners in the Denver-area.

In this role, you will:

• Handle operations. You’ll be in charge of managing the on-the-ground logistics and unblocking any obstacles that could get in the way of our families' access to care.
  
  
  
• Carry-out outreach efforts. You’ll work with partners and sponsors to spread our mission far-and-wide. Your role is critical in building relationships.
  

We index more on your experience and hustle than a college degree from a shiny institution.

• Must currently reside in the Denver-area and have the ability to drive with a car (valid driver license).
  
  
  
• Excellent execution skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and solve problems to get to your goal.
  
  
  
• Experience in interfacing with different stakeholders. You are used to working with different teams and people.
