Development Operations Engineer
Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and securing our platform, optimizing spend, and creating automations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation tools and solutions to improve existing procedures.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate new technologies and improve deployment processes.
- Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure components and systems.
- Evaluate and optimize our systems and procedures to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the infrastructure is performing optimally.
- Respond to incidents and resolve issues related to production systems.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Dev Ops or a related field.
- Strong experience with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or Nagios.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
