We are looking for our next Direct Care superstars for our Agawam Residential Group home.

We have Full Time, Part time and per diem shifts available at our Agawam site. We are 24/7 at our group homes, with that we have a range of schedules 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts that are available:

Pay Rates: Full/Part time: $16.00 per hour. Per Diem: $15.00 per hour.

The qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Acceptable CORI
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record

The responsibilities of Direct Care workers:

• Personal Care
• Cooking
• Cleaning/Laundry
• Display an eagerness to support their interest through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency.
