Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Wakefield, MA; Reading, MA; Melrose, MA; Lynn, MA; Saugus, MA
Salary: $16-18 per hour based on the program and certifications;
(Weekend shifts receive an additional $2 per hour)
Hours: 20-40 hours a week, as well as relief (per diem)
Shifts: Day, evening, overnight awake, overnight asleep (most shifts require either a Saturday or Sunday)

Summary: Direct Support Professionals are responsible for teaching life and social skills to individuals within their home and in the community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help individuals to attain independence in all aspects of daily living
- Provide personal care and assistance consistent with each individuals needs
- Create and maintain a homelike atmosphere
- Assist with implementation of ISP goals
- Support individuals by encouraging growth and development
- Maintain confidentiality of information relating to individuals in the residential program
Qualifications:
- MAP certification is highly preferred.MAP training offered.
- High School diploma is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a CORI background check, fingerprinting, and reference check
