Job Description:

Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for full/part-time, weekend, and on-call Direct Support Professionals in the White Bear Lake, MN area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
• Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
• Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• High school degree, GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass DHS background study
• Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques

PART-TIME HOURS (29 hours or less):

• Weekdays: Morning 6-2, Days 9-2, Evenings 2-10, Nights 10-6
• Weekends: Mornings 6-2, Evenings 2-10, Nights 10-6

FULL-TIME HOURS (30+ hours)

• Weekdays: Morning 6-2, Evenings 2-10, Nights 10-6
• Weekends: Mornings 6-2, Evenings 2-10, Nights 10-6

Level II DSP: $20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
