Job description
- Workday team oversite to drive SOX compliance and best practices.
- Lead Workday Technical and Integration projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization.
- Conduct SOX-related user access reviews monthly.
- Conduct security reviews and change audits, manage risk and issues, change control processes, and communicate status to CISO and IA team and related stakeholders.
- Execute daily audit activities including but not limited to role and security assignments, organization creation/changes, business process changes, security assignments, etc.
- Manages outside vendor contract relationships and monitors’ cost.
- Prepare for impact analysis for Workday updates, rolling out new features and functionality.
- Support the security team in audits and user access reviews.
- Respond to departments' requests and provide best-in-class customer service.
- Run reports for separation of duties and sensitive access each month, working with the departments on reviews and summations.
- Serve as a trusted partner to other business units.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience
- Ten plus years of experience leading and delivering full life cycle Workday Integration, Data Conversion and Reporting implementations across Workday HCM, and Financials
Education/Licensure:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management Experience is strongly preferred.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Computer Skills: Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to apply knowledge on key Human Capital processes into practical solutions and effectively communicate key information about tasks, objectives, skills, and abilities required for different positions or career paths
