Dispatcher / Scheduler / Front Desk Rep

We're an established local Home Maintenance company seeking a friendly and energetic front desk representative. We're a unique and interesting service industry servicing the Denver metro for 30 yrs.
Part-time: Monday through Wednesday, 8-5
Necessary skills
- Scheduling clients using online software. Keep detailed client records.
- Knowledge and use of Service Titan
- Customer oriented mindset, customer support experience
- Strong work ethic - team player
- Good knowledge of the Denver Metro area suburbs, roadways.
- Excellent communication, Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service phone communication
- Providing service information and resolve any emerging problems clients may face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responding to email and on-line booking requests.
- Coordinating with property management professionals.
- Experience with Word and Excel necessary. Experience with Quickbooks helpful.
**Prefer applicant with short commute to North Denver suburbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
COVID-19 considerations:
Maintain regular sanitizing of office surfaces, equipment, air purifier. Hand washing sink
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brighton, CO 80602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
