We are seeking an enthusiastic, tech savvy, self-starter to fill an opening as Implementation Engineer.

This position will be responsible for providing support to our employees on the implementation and ongoing use of paperless system by assisting with training and installing software on the manufacturing floor, troubleshooting and fixing issues that compromise paperless system performance or access, Communicates directly with end users to solve technical issues.

Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering from accredited college or university Work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supports the organization’s paperless systems, and hardware usage (laptops, PCs, client scanners).
• Assists with training and installing software on the manufacturing floor.
• Assists resolve any program failures and troubleshoots issues of new paperless system
• Offers technical support and training for employees
• Supports reliable and effective use of paperless system by end users
• Troubleshoots and fixes issues that compromise paperless system performance or access
• Monitors system data and identify anomalous behavior
• Communicates directly with end users to solve technical issues
• Conducts training programs to bring users up to pace with new software installations or IT system changes.
• Assists the Manufacturing Training Team on current and future training needs
• Must have knowledge of the following:

- Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Core Industrial Engineering tools needed to perform various analyzes.

- Time studies and work studies.
