Candidates looking to focus on Real Estate as a career and/or grow your current business as a team leader!

We will sponsor and provide reimbursement for your real estate schooling and license if you are currently enrolled in school, or looking to begin school immediately.

New agents will receive 1 on 1 mentoring and a step by step guide on how to jumpstart your business right out of the gate!

Experienced agents will receive step by step mentoring to begin your own team or become a senior agent and grow your business quickly!

Our company focuses on both rentals & sales in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and has been in business for well over 10 years, with over 30 years of senior leadership experience and knowledge.

Here are the facts, the New York City real estate market is ALWAYS busy, and there are always deals to be done, especially in the fast paced rental market. This is also a relationship, networking, and client service based business, so you must be able to provide A-list customer service and be responsive, quick thinking, and willing to put in the work it takes to make real money. We will assist you hand in hand with all of this to take your business and income to the next level.

We have an in house listings database and access to thousands of listings, including a lot of smaller landlords other firms don't have. Our internal database has thousands of photos stored for you to use taken by our in-house photographer.

We have an in house leads distribution system as well to give you business on your first day.

We also have years of experience in property management, and a builders/ home renovation background.

There are no hidden company fees or desk fees, and high commission splits... up to 70% for independent agents.

Must live in the New York City/ New Jersey area, and be able to work full time or a minimum of 30 hours a week. Our office is located in Midtown West & convenient for commuting to and from!
