If you are looking to start your career in health care we want to help! Silver Linings is looking to hire full-time and part-time HHAs to provide in-home healthcare services to our clients. We are a client-driven company with a goal to deliver the best care to our clients in the communities we serve. If you are purpose-driven and looking to start your career in health care, we provide a 3-week Hybrid HHA Certification Course. 100% in person (M/T/TH/F, 7-hour days). The course itself is FREE, we cover the course material, and bag. After your first 300 hours of employment your certificate will be released to you.
Our next program begins (next week) Monday 5/15/2023 from 10am-5pm (with a 30 min lunch break). If you choose to join this class, you will be expected to attend in person every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am-5pm for the entirety of the 3-week program. State of Delaware requires that you complete a total of 75 hours in a state approved course. There will be an open lab available on Wednesday afternoon 3pm- 6pm, and on Saturday on a case-to-case basis.
- The program requires 100% participation, and complete perfect attendance, to complete and pass the course material, and skills final exam.
- ALL course work is expected to be completed prior to arriving to the next class. This ensures you do not follow behind in the program.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Strong interpersonal skills
