Position Overview:
The PLL is looking for a seasonal operational mastermind to directly assist the Merchandise Operations Manager on all of PLL’s onsite merchandise operations. The ideal candidate exhibits a high level of ownership and will have prior experience working within the event merchandise space, is highly analytical and organized, and is driven by the opportunity to build, daily puzzle-solving, and finding opportunities for continuous improvement. This role will require travel for 14 weekends in-season (June to September) and some remote work postseason.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event setup onsite
- Assist with managing vendor and onsite merchandise team and ensure detail-oriented execution to vision to maximize sales
- Assist with diligently managing end-to-end inventory processes to minimize onsite shrinkage and maximize integrity
- Assist in managing shipments to and from the warehouse
- Order supplies and materials for operation as needed
- Manage Shopify backend to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with PLL auction management and setup process
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Able to be on their feet for 8 to 10 hours a day
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within onsite merchandise operations
- Previous experience managing inventory processes and working with warehouse partners
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to prioritize and execute against deadlines
- High proficiency with Excel and Google Suite
- Experience working in Shopify's backend and other e-commerce platforms
- Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment
Extra Credit:

- Experience building out shoppable physical infrastructures
- Experience managing a team of employees
COMPENSATION:
$15.50 per hour with bonus eligibility up to $1,000 per weekend
- All travel paid
