About Us
Goodhart Coffee (www.goodhartcoffeecatering.com) is a coffee catering company that specializes in mobile espresso catering at businesses, schools, weddings, hotels, conferences and more!

We currently have catering headquarters in Denver, San Francisco, and LA.

With over 1000 events per year and growing, we are obsessed with bringing excellent, third wave coffee to events.

We roast our own coffee fresh every week at our Denver roastery, and with our fleet of stylish service carts, we'll serve anywhere within three hours of Denver, San Francisco, and LA.

Past clients include: Apple, Salesforce, Costco, Ferrari, Marriott, Visa, Slack, Dish, Lyft, and more!

Here's what the average day looks like:

• Interacting with clients via phone, texts, and emails to answer questions about our services
• Calling up to 30 warm leads per day to learn about their event and share more about our services.
• Guiding clients through our booking process
• Schedule a staff of 15-20+ baristas to ensure all events are staffed
• Create and adjust price quotes and invoices
• Event coordination and logistics
• Hiring new baristas (as needed)

Areas of possible growth and skill development include:

• Overseeing the launch of Goodhart Coffee in new cities
• Improving staff training and onboarding
• Social media management
• Improving your barista skills
• Coffee roasting
• Learning how to repair and build coffee carts
• Learning how to repair and modify espresso machines
• Recipe/palate development

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of event planning experience
• 2 year of sales experience
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail
• Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
• Flexible, constructive, solution-based communication
• Past barista/coffee experience is very important
• Must have a reliable vehicle. Most small passenger cars work well.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds

You'll be a great fit if you're an enthusiastic, hardworking, and attentive event planning professional with a strong background in coffee service, hospitality, and event planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
