What We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant within our technology division. This position falls under our GCTO team and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will perform a broad range of administrative duties to support the senior executive and daily business operations. You will report directly to the Global Chief Technology Officer and regularly collaborate with the operations, engineering, unified communications and network teams.
How We Work
As the Executive Assistant you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment once trained and demonstrates proficiency in supporting the senior executive. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Peachtree Corners office

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing a full range of administrative support to the executive such travel and Outlook calendar management, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports, answer and screen calls, maintain office supplies, and process invoices
- Pro-active and able to prioritize while handling a demanding, ever-changing calendar for the executive
- Effectively coordinates the executive's schedule and all other necessary parties to ensure meetings and presentations are executed seamlessly
- Creating and handling presentations, complex reports, confidential correspondence, and files
- Leading the preparation and formatting of presentation materials and documents for leadership meetings
- Following up on outstanding issues to ensure response and actions are completed on time and as required
- Is a team leader: own team requests inside and outside the organization, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organized
- Researching and obtaining information for reports and special assignments
- Assisting with departmental projects
- Attending meetings as applicable and record minutes as necessary.
- Handling multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed
- Two-year degree minimum, Four-year degree preferred in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Two to four years prior experience providing administrative support at the SVP or executive level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality in all aspects of services provided
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism and diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and regionally diverse teams
- Expert level of proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Two – three years or greater of experience providing administrative support at the executive (C-suite) level
- Experience with meeting preparation and materials development including Board of Directors meetings and Executive Updates
- Ability to navigate various systems and find information
- Ability to work independently, as well as on teams, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative in order to succeed in this role
- Ability to think proactively when assessing needs
- Ability to prioritize when experiencing high request volume
- Ideal candidate will have worked in fintech or technology sector
- Willingness to be coached / desire and capacity for growth / positive teaming attitude
- Excels at managing process and organization
- Highly intuitive and self-guided problem solver
- Exceptional level of emotional intelligence and maturity
