CPA Accounting Services/Tax

Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 a year – Full Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s (Required)

CPA or ability to get one

Accounting: 4 years (preferred)

Tax Experience: 4 years (preferred)

Job Description: NorCo CPA’s LLC is a fast-growing northern Colorado firm located in Greeley, CO with a large variety of clients. Our team provides professional tax services, accounting services, attestation services, bookkeeping services and small business planning. Our team approach is to provide the best possible client service while maintaining a work life balance. Our commitment to work life balance includes: hybrid balance of remote work and in office work, closed on Friday afternoons during non-tax season and flexible work arrangements.

We are currently seeking a CPA to join our team and contribute to our growing firm while expanding their professional skills and knowledge.

This position offers the opportunity to work into ownership and flexibility to work in a collaborative team environment. This will be a position that will be best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses (Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations and Not-for-Profit entities).

· Prepare tax projections and other various tax projects including research.

· Work with clients to manage accounting services and attestation services. Communicate with clients to resolve any accounting questions and provide accounting training to clients on an as needed basis.

· Develop professional relationships with clients.

· Manage client projects through all stages from initial contact through deliverable product.

General Skills

· Proficient in QuickBooks on both desktop and online versions.

· Proficient in tax preparation software.

· Proficient in tax research.

· Understand general accounting and tax procedures and processes.

· Organizational skills and project management skills.
