Job Title: Full-Time Facilities Maintenance (Custodial)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible custodian for our facility. As a custodian, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our workplace is sanitary, clean, and presentable to employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety and security protocols
• Move furniture and other objects as needed
• Refill dispensers of paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including chairs, tables, and desks
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the building or equipment
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, bathrooms, and other common areas on a regular basis
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Familiarity with security and safety protocols
