**Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Family Law Paralegal**

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in all aspects of family law, including but not limited to, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing discovery requests and responses, and attending court hearings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of family law.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal support to our attorneys in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.

Draft, proofread, and file a variety of legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Conduct legal research and fact gathering, as well as assist in the discovery process.

Maintain case files, schedules, and calendars to ensure deadlines are met.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other relevant parties.

Assist in the preparation for and attendance at court hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Provide comprehensive legal support to our attorneys in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in the family law sector.

Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.

Proficient in using legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and legal case management software.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the firm's ethical standards.

Familiarity with the Arizona family court system and its procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
