Job description

We are looking to fill full-time & part-time drivers

Load vans and deliver packages in all weather conditions, safely and punctually.

Must be a safe driver

Must be 21 yrs. old or older

Preferred driving experience: 1+ Yrs of driving experience within the last 3 years (regardless of the type of vehicle driven. Step Van, Box truck, Straight Truck experience preferred. Cargo Van, Uber & Lift driving experience acceptable.)

Position for FedEx Ground terminal out of Rialto/ Bloomington & Chino terminal locations (for an independent contractor).

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + potential guaranteed overtime and incentives.

Potential to earn higher than $20/hr

Opportunity to grow within the company (management, lead driver, mechanic, trainer and more).

Responsibilities

Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.

Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. - [ ] Follow routes and time schedule.

Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle.

Complete logs and reports.

Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

Skills/ Qualifications

Good human relations and verbal communication skills.

Safe driving

Has the ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs and forklift operation process

Teamwork

Interact with customers and fellow staff

Technology skills/ knowledge
