Position Description

Provides JobBoss technical services to the C5ISR PIF Manufacturing Division. Responsible for quickly establishing full knowledge of all aspects of the PIF programs and supports the Program Manager and Government client in all phases of the project. Supports the Project Manager in establishing / developing project objectives, requirements and budgets. Develops program/project standards and schedules. Monitors outside resources for improvements/changes in JobBoss in order to enhance PIF operations (improve performance / reduce costs). Reviews/oversees the preparation of all related documentation. Conducts program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned, including training, reporting, and continuous improvement in the implementation and performance of JobBoss in support of the program. Works independently under general guidelines or objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads improvement and sustainment efforts of JobBoss Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This will require analysis of current manufacturing processes, understand system data input and output requirements, identifying key objectives required by the customer, and developing solutions that provide metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that support future decision making.

• Works with key stakeholders such as management, team leads, and project engineers, to coordinate implementation efforts and interfaces among various user groups.

• Interfaces with material purchasing team to generate bills of materials (BOMs) that will be used to create Request for Quotes (RFQ) for 3rd party vendors.

• Lead ERP sustainment efforts, to include user training, report development, database improvement, hardware/software, troubleshooting.

• Provides recommendations for continuous improvements to business processes and ERP system performance. This may be in the form of new KPIs, development of new reports/data visualization, use of bar codes, etc.

• Support SQL and ERP server installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure optimum system performance and minimize system outages.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma

• Must have at least 10 years’ experience or military experience E6 and up; possessing advanced technical and managerial skills

• C5ISR experience preferred

• Must have an active secret clearance
