Integrated Insurance Solutions in Ashburn Virginia is looking for a reliable person to support our Financial Planning Advisor. Our agency offers a total solution insurance package to our clients. With a wide range of financial and insurance products, partnered with over 32 insurance carriers and having diverse teams we work hard to ensure everyone's success by providing leadership, training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
  • Assist Advisor to maintain documentation in files.
  • Handle Advisor's calendar, business related and personal.
  • 401 K Analysis
  • QCDs
  • Quarterly REITs
  • Create client meeting agendas
  • Monitor client asset lists
  • Assist with personal family agendas
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management skills as well as strong data management skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and professional demeanor
  • Strong PC knowledge, typing and relative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
  • Possess self-confidence, assertiveness, problem solving skills and be able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Initial responsibilities include phone work, scheduling, and data entry, follow up on work, among other tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required, in finance
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
