Fiscal Analyst I, II, III, IV

One (1) Full-Time/40hrs/Non-Exempt $19.95 - $25.20 per hour (DOE)

Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

As a pillar in the administration of our organization, the finance team works closely together to produce and deliver seamless accounting and financials. The department employs several Fiscal Analysts, each with separable duties and tasks. The responsibilities of a Fiscal Analyst may include monitoring contract drawdowns, invoicing and monitoring accounts, monthly and quarterly reporting on financials, repetitive data entry in the accounting system, and periodic collaborative work with the payroll team. The ability to prioritize and organize projects and meet deadlines is critical. To be a strong candidate, you must possess a friendly, hard-working attitude and ability to work on a team.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or, Certificate in Accounting; or two-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.

Preferred skills:

Knowledge of non-profit financials, GAAP, and California labor law is preferred but not required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout (No more than 3 points on your driving record), clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
