Boudoir Bar Café is a European-inspired café offering quality coffee, delicious treats and savory eats in downtown Whitefish, Montana.

We are seeking a Floor Attendant with 6 months - 1 year of experience who will confidently perform various day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables and chairs, arranging furniture, supporting team members with café projects, and welcoming our customers. This position is great for detail-oriented people that enjoy meeting new people and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

Floor Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and arranging café, entrance, and outdoor seating area for customers, while assisting with opening and closing tasks
• Reset tables and seating in a professional, effective, and speedy manner as guests leave the café
• Completing daily cleaning, dishwashing, and organizing tasks as directed, in compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines
• Greeting all guests warmly with on-brand appropriate language, and communicating guest’s requests, comments, and questions to supervisors
• Regularly communicating with all team members to ensure a great experience for customers
• Monitoring indoor and outdoor seating, restroom, and bar to clean as necessary
• Lifting and moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and dishes as needed

• Understanding and willingness to follow hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry and lift heavy items
• Physical and mental ability to stand for long hours amongst groups of people
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation for commute and/or plan to relocate before starting work

• Black pants and comfy, close-toed shoes with hair pulled back is required
• Cell phone should not be used during shift
• No unprofessional socializing tolerated at this establishment

Compensation based on work experience. Benefits based on shift duration and weekly hour minimums. Full Time is defined as 32-40 consistent hours a week and/or a salary paid FT position. Part Time is defined as less than 32 hours a week. After a successful 90 day Probation Period, FT and PT employee benefits include:

• Starting Pay: $12/hour depending on experience, PLUS cash & credit card tips
