Job Summary and Qualifications

The Food and Nutrition Services Manager is responsible for the complete oversight of her/her unit. The Manager serves as liaison between staff and administrative personnel. They establish personnel qualification requirements and performs other personnel management tasks.

What you will do in this role:

• You will be responsible for leading by example and words to employees in their specific area.
• You must know patient tray line, food production, hosting, and sanitation.
• You will follow the HACCP guidelines, sanitation of dishes, following Serv Safe, inventory/purchasing of produce.
• You will assign special cleaning to employees and must be skilled in equipment operation.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma / Equivalent Required
• 5-7 years food service experience Preferred
• 1 year cooking experience Preferred
• Food Safety Certification required

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
