About the Position

Our client handcrafts the purest, nutrient-defense ingredients without any additives or preservatives. They are about indulgent, better for you desserts for all ages and households. Because when we eat good, we feel good. when we feel good, we live good. And when we live good, its Awesome!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble cook room machinery.
• Previous experience in food production required
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Follow through recipe instructions to the detail for the process of making ice cream.
• Packaging ice cream in boxes
• Acclimate to both humid and cold environments.
• Pre-weigh dry ingredients for batch mixes.
• Safely handle all food ingredients and machinery according to good manufacturing practices.
• Record all required food safety metrics such as tracking temperature and scale measurements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production demands and goals.

Job Requirements

• Stand for 2-3 hours at a time in between breaks.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to maintain excellent attendance.
• Must be able to speak, write and read English fluently.
