Job description

Looking for a new team member for front office help at a multiple office self storage facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Duties include but not limited to :

• Having proficient computer skills
• Able to provide guidance to our customers by helping them to determine their storage needs.
• Keeping the office clean, tidy and the paperwork well organized
• Renting units and cleaning units after move out
• Doing outside/inside rounds of the property and checking the security and cleanliness
• Able to perform sales calls to help boost the performance of the business
• Able to make collection calls and collect payment on delinquent accounts

Experience is great, but we are happy to train a sincere and motivated individual. This opening has lots of future potential for a great long term relationship with the right person!

Good phone and people skills , and ability to be flexible a must.

A current drivers license, and reliable transportation required 4 to 5 day work week with SATURDAYS required .

More hours possible

9-6 weekdays 9-3 Saturdays, Sundays off

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
