Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Gifting Lead role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be assisting the brand making team, insuring that all orders are being fulfill for influencers. Assist Manager on multitasking working on different projects.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Train and develop newly hired gifting clerks.
• Responsible for researching and resolving inventory orders for Influencers
• Oversee the team ensuring that all orders are being ship
• Able to navigate proficiently through the Brand marketing team and other team members

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to work in a team environment and give honest and direct feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being detail oriented
• Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of the team
• Flexibility in needs of the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate properly both in person and electronically
• 2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or inventory management
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• 1+ years team leadership experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $37,440 - $41,600 per year.
