Job description

The Truck Mechanic will diagnose and repair all makes and models of heavy truck and equipment including, but not limited to, dump & utility bodies, plows, spreaders, brine systems, cranes, trailers, refuse equipment and buses.

Selected individual must:

· have experience in working with medium to heavy equipment and vehicles

· have working knowledge of shop equipment, wiring and hydraulics

· make sure work tickets are completed with all pertinent information before handing off to service advisor

· have your own tools

· have a valid driver’s license

Fabrication and welding experience is a plus.

We are a full-service company offering various types of truck and municipal equipment including, dump bodies, plows, spreaders, utility bodies, truck mounted cranes, trailers, refuse equipment, video pipe inspection equipment as well as a Thomas School Bus dealer.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay is based upon experience

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
