Sakinah Homes specializes in assisted living care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals in our homes. Home Health Aide will provide personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse and House Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for medication administration, assistance with daily activities, personal cares as well as providing companionship and housekeeping. The Home Health Aide must be able to follow instructions from the client's physician or nurse and must be able to provide emotional support and understanding to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality care.

This position is Every Friday 1pm-9pm and Every Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition or behavior.
• Follow the plan of care established by the supervising nurse or physician.
• Transport patients to medical appointments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
