We are a small country timeshare nestled in the heart of the Poconos. We provide fully equipped kitchens for convenience. We are located across the road from Kalahari and within fifteen driving minutes of Mount Airy Casino, Auquatopia and Camelback Ski Area, Crossing Premium Outlet and Pocono Raceway.

Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel cleaning procedures.
• Follow all hotel procedures.
• Follow all directions from management when working on a new location.
• Clean a room according to the customer's needs.
• Clean a room to the company's standards.
• Clean rooms in an efficient manner.
• Handle stress well.

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work with chemicals according to directions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping including; sanitation, laundry operations, and/or guest services
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
• Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience

We're looking for someone who is willing to work hard, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The right candidate will have organizational skills and the ability to respond effectively to requests as well as follow directions. The position requires cleaning rooms, hallways and bathrooms, as well as taking out the trash and other general cleaning duties. We are seeking someone who has prior experience in this position and can work independently while following instructions and meeting deadlines.
