Perry Heating & Air HVAC Lead Install Technician

HVAC Lead Install Technician Requirements

· Proven 3-5 years of recent, full-time experience

· Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers, and co-workers.

· Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

· Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.

· EPA Universal Certification

· Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must.

· Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety

· Required to train install Apprentices through the HVAC installation process

· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

· Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
