The Indoor Air Quality position has a goal of maximizing home efficiency and creating a healthier living space for Goettl customers.

Tactical Work:

• The IAQ position will use job specific machines to blow in insulation to non-air conditioned spaces
• Uses job specific machines to clean the air delivery systems on the air conditioning systems
• Utilize low voltage to install air conditioning accessories to improve the air quality of customers' homes

Vital Factors:

• Callback rate of less than 3%
• Compliance with uploaded pictures, summaries, and signatures
• Demonstrates ability to responsibly take care of all company equipment and notify management in the event of maintenance or repair

Position Specific:

• Must be proficient in electrical schematic reading and wiring
• Use of appropriate safety PPE in customer's home and attic
• Demonstrate ability to run low voltage for UV lights and electronic filters
• Demonstrate proficiency in cleaning and sanitizing duct work
• Demonstrate proficiency in blowing in insulation to required R Values
• Knowledge in applying radiant barrier, and proper safety precautions for blowing in insulation
• Other necessary tasks required by management
• Demonstrates ability to prep and clean up after job
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to maneuver safely through small compact spaces as well as endure high temperatures related to the Arizona heat.
