ICS/Systems Specialist - Easton, PA
Job description
The ICS/Systems Specialist will be responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and run right processes are in place to drive performance at the Easton Omni-Channel Fulfillment Center. The role will serve as the system matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly. This role will provide the Easton OCFC with exceptional technical and administrative support for ICS and LM.
Responsibilities:- Maintain expert level of knowledge of ICS system, LM, and warehouse operations
- Maintain ICS RF equipment including hardware and software
- Maintain System configurations/support
- Work with Labor Management configuration as required
- Maintain all applicable warehouse technology
- Maintain floor level knowledge of Dock Operations
- Statistical Tracking
- Research and investigate operational issues
- Provide system insight and understanding based on system configuration, ICS logic, and pick-to-light principles
- Allocation / Product Maintenance / Product Flow
- Line Item Maintenance: Update systems w/ new and changing items; Communicate change; and Allocation
- Work with warehouse Team Supervisors, coordinators and TM’s to reach optimum performance utilizing ICS
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected Compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,800
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

- Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
- Above average computer skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to investigative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to receive/provide feedback to peers. Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- Knowledge in, ICS, SAP, PWM is a plus
- Have strong project management skills
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Have strong communication skills
- Willing to actively participate and remain engaged as leader in the facility
- Interacts well with all levels of the organization
- Motivated to improve results using warehouse applications such as ICS, PWM, and LM
